Refunds Policy
Effective date: 05/01/2026
This policy applies to Hangar Pro subscriptions purchased in the UK.
1) Free trial and auto-renewal
Hangar Pro includes a 1-month free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically renews and your payment method will be charged the monthly price shown at checkout, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
2) Our 14-day refund promise
If you’re charged for Hangar Pro (including the first payment after the free trial), you can request a refund within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that most recent subscription payment.
- This is a simple money-back promise we offer to keep things fair.
- If you request a refund, we’ll also cancel your subscription so you’re not charged again.
3) How to cancel
You can cancel anytime in your account area: [Account Settings].
Cancelling stops the next renewal. If you cancel during a paid month, you’ll keep access until the end of that billing period unless we state otherwise in your account.
4) How to request a refund
Email hello@hangar-app.com with:
- The email address on your Hangar account
- The date of the charge
- “Refund request” in the subject line
If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually take a few working days to show it.
5) Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. If the digital service/content is not provided as described, not fit for purpose, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, you may have additional remedies under UK consumer law.
